We are an Indonesian Telecommunication Company invites suitable candidates to join us for our overseas expansion requirement and supporting our client in Bangladesh for the following position:

1. IT Maintenance
Responsibilities:
• Do the trouble shooting and solve problem for all IT hardware and standard software including word processing, spreadsheet, graphic, mailing system and connection to the LAN as well as to ECN
• Identify user problem
• Give guidance to users of how to use IT matters (MS office, Mail, ECN or entering LAN)
• Maintain day to day operation, do the backup operation. Maintain the high level of efficiency LAN environment and optimise the usage and make environment user friendly
• Documenting all the delivery order, repair equipment, keep track all the inventory equipment
• To maintain office system and make sure all the systems are running properly
• Monitor the load of the server and do the fine tuning performance
• Report to IS/IT Manager for the need for additional equipment to support the system

Requirements:
• Male
• Age between 25-30 years old
• Hold S1 Degree in IT from Reputable University
• At least 1 year experience as a system and network administration.
• Knowledgeable in Windows NT, Windows 95
• Knowledge in Microsoft 97, MS Exchange
• Understand the function of LAN, WAN

2. Project Administration
Responsibilities:
• Maintain database of all information about PR, PO, Variations and Invoice Status of the sub-contractor and supplier
• To ensure that all documentation as required for handover the project/deliverables to the account division will run correctly, smoothly and completely
• Assisting Project Manager by preparing the project documentation status by compiling data and ensure the validity of the data
• Work with the Project Manager and Contract Administration in account Division in order of hand-over projects/invoicing
• To make sure the confidentiality of project documentation.

Requirements:
• Male/Female
• Age between 25-30 years old
• Hold S1 Degree of Accounting from reputable university
• Having 2 years experiences in the same field
• To perform all tasks including those of an administrative nature by the Superior Multi tasking and self motivated
• Having statistical/analytical skills
• Having experience working with system
• Having excellent correspondence and administration skill
• Team player, good interpersonal skill & willing to work hard, proactive, energetic, and honest
• Have skill & knowledge of computer, internet and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work under pressure, strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
• Have an outgoing personality and good communication skill
• Computer literate (presentation and graphic knowledge as a basic)

3. SITAC / CME Manager
Responsibilities:
• Maintain and handling overall project matters

Requirements:
• Male/Female
• Maximum age 34 years old
• Bachelor degree in Telecommunication/Electrical/Civil/Industry from reputable university.
• Minimum 2 years experiences in the same positions or SITAC/ CME implementation telecommunication project
• Having experiences in medium to large scale SITAC/CME implementation telecommunication project
• Excellent handle SITAC/CME management telecommunication project is advantage
• Able to handle and involve all part of project, including: biding, budgeting, project planning, implementation, invoicing, control project expenses and post-implementation support
• Experienced in managing customers and suppliers relationships
• Excellent in leadership and driving implementation project both time and budget
• Managerial skill and leadership disposition, well organized, independent, trustworthy, analytical, time management and administrative skills, good communicator, ambitious, motivated team player, experience with strategic planning and analysis
• Able to work independently, under pressure, well-organized, Achievement-oriented, discipline, meticulous, strong analytical, proactive, able work individually or part of team, mature and independent in solving problem, committed with a sense of urgency
• Interpersonal skills, helpful person, honest, excellent in communication, presentation, negotiation, and approach and persuasive also coach
• Fluent in English both written and oral
• Computer literate (MS Office, Internet, Email, etc)
• Posses having car and drive license
• Able joint immediately

4. BSC Engineer
Responsibilities:
• The BSC Commissioning engineers overall job would include the installation verification of the BSC and Transcoders, Commissioning and running acceptance tests, Site documentation, Integration with other Network Elements,
• Commissioning and Integration of network element according to NET manuals and work instructions. Integration would also involve BTS/BSC re-homing, BSS integration to other Network elements etc
• Change Note installation and Software /Hardware upgrades according to work instructions.
• Troubleshooting and fault rectification in the BSS system
• Documentation according to project procedures

Requirements:
• University degree or technical college qualifications in telecommunications, electronic engineering, or equivalent experience in a related discipline
• Broad knowledge of the concept and products in a complex telecommunications network and especially cellular networks
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Excellent Interpersonal, Communications and Presentation skills
• Independent, self-motivated, and well organised with an analytical mind
• Co-operative, open to continuous change and varying degrees of responsibility

5. Civil Sitac Engineer
Responsibilities:
• Specify civil works standard to meet the customer requirement
• Perform any duties within the field of competence as and when required by the Project Manager
• To perform site survey engineering activities in compliance with all engineering procedures, contract and general instructions
• To plan and prepare all the necessary documentation, vehicle, interpreter, tools and equipment required prior to the field trip
• To collect all the survey maps and project data required
• To conduct the survey according to the survey requirements
• To secure all necessary work permits and clearance
• To follow the general policies and guidelines at the company

Requirements:
• University degree or technical college in civil engineering
• Minimum 2 years working experience from position in a civil works function
• Adequate managerial training and ability to provide strong leadership
• Have the ability to take an overall view, analyze situations, identify problems and develop solutions
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Independent, self motivated and well organized with analytical mind
• Be able to work under pressure
• Able joint immediately
