Recruiting an ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT, based in Banda Aceh, Indonesia.

The Position
The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative and communication
services to program leader and the team, and to help coordinate activities among
the team and partners, to ensure smooth implementation of program activities

Duties and Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be expected to perform the following tasks:
1. Assist in administration and management of ICRAF field office and other
resources
§ Maintain administrative documents and information up-to-date, inventory
of assets, internal and external correspondence
§ Assist the Deputy Team Leader and Field Manager in local purchase and
day-to-day management of the petty cash for routine operation
§ Assist in planning and organising official events such as meetings,
workshops, exhibitions and trainings
2. Assist in communication and reporting on financial and administrative aspects
with colleagues in Head Office (Bogor)
§ Help prepare draft financial and administration reports
§ Maintain work related data and files and activity reports related to
CIDA project in every district office
3. Support program/technical activities
· To function as a hub between ICRAF and stakeholders; between project
partner and others. This function includes responding to inquiries and
information, providing information on operational issues, to clarify project
requirements, to connect one partner to other on project related activities and
administration
· To organize program activities related to training, workshop, cross
visit and internal and external meeting

Qualifications and Skills Required:
This position requires at least the following qualifications and capacities:
1. Minimum D3 or preferred S1 (horticulture, estate crops, forestry, or
related field)
2. 1 years working experience in related to the position
3. Ability to work as a member of an interdisciplinary team
4. Good oral and written Indonesian language skills
5. Good oral and written English language skills
6. Computer skill : Ms office (word, excel, power point, outlook) and
other)

Terms of offer
· This is a Nationally Professional Fixed Term position with a
competitive salary and benefits package.
· The contract is for a period of 1 (one) year, with possibility of
renewal, subject to assessment of performance, and availability of resources.
