1. Wealth Managers-Personal Banking & Amanah Syariah
Responsibilities:
• The incumbent will be responsible to maintain the existing personal banking clients and enhance current relationship

Requirements:
• Must have a minimum of 2 years relevant experience, preferably in selling investment products
• Bachelor & Master degree from a reputable university
• Must have good command in both spoken and written English
• Must have commercial acumen, personal credibility, supervisory / leadership skill, a marketing orientation and the drive to succeed
• Must demonstrate a high degree of integrity
• Must be ready to follow selection/recruitment process in Surabaya (for candidate outside Surabaya)
• Willing to be located in Surabaya

2. Teller/Service Relations/Back Office
Responsibilities:
• The incumbent will responsible to deal with general Banking operations as well as deliver service according to company standard

• Must have commercial acumen, personal credibility, supervisory / leadership skill, a marketing orientation and the drive to succeed

3. Assistant Manager -CSR Walk in & Payment, Card/PIL
Responsibilities:
• The incumbent will be responsible to ensure smooth operations in Credit Card Banking Hall as well as manage payments, customer complaints and inquiries

Requirements:
• Must have a minimum of 2 years relevant experience, preferably in selling cards
• Bachelor & Master degree from a reputable university
• Must have good command in both spoken and written English

Responsibilities:
• The incumbent will be responsible for the marketing and selling of domestic and regional cash management solutions to the Bank Corporate clients.
