OPERATION MANAGER
The Role & Responsibilities
· Managing current 20 Mini market in Denpasar (Kuta) area. Planning to expand new outlet in the future.
· Implementing operation management concept to bring up the mini market to be the leading supermarket with excellent services, effective and efficient operation.
· Implementing strategic action plan in all area
· Set up and Maintain the Visual Display and lay out
· Control to make sure the operation following the SOP
General Requirement
· Have good background in Retail Operation
· Strong in management concept and practice
· Experiences in implementing management strategy in any type of industry
· Strong in Quality Management
· Strong in Operation Management
