1. About SMBC Indonesia Corporate Banking Trainee Program
PT Bank Sumitomo Mitsui Indonesia, a subsidiary of Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, is a leading Japanese corporate bank in Indonesia with a wealth of 25 years of experience.
Our Corporate Banking Trainee Program is a year OJT development program aimed to develop future leaders, today. Candidates will be rotated to different banking segments and equipped with strong foundation in Banking and Finance. Upon finishing the 1 year OJT program, candidates will be assigned to the business area fit to their interests and talents. They will also have the opportunity to develop skills through the various career development programs, such as Japan Program (1 year secondment or 3 months OJT at Tokyo Head Office), overseas workshop programs, etc and grow to be future managers.
We are pleased to announce that SMBC Indonesia is currently conducting recruitment process for the Corporate Banking Trainee Program Batch 4 (May 2016 Intake).
Requirements
1. Fresh Graduate with a minimum of bachelor degree from any major
2. Applicant with working experience less than 1 year is acceptable
3. Fluent in English, both verbal and written. Having Japanese fluency (equivalent to N2 Level) is an advantage.
4. Single, with maximum age of
- 24 years for Bachelor Degree
- 27 years for Master Degree
5. Good analytical thinking and high creativity
6. Upon recruitment, you will placed at SMBC Indonesia office in Jakarta
Recruitment Process

attend our recruiting seminar held on July 1st and 3rd, 2015 in Tokyo.
Selected students will be contacted through email by our recruiters and informed about the online test to sit for. Afterwards, the students will have several interview stages before finally being offered the position.

2. SMBC Indonesia Recruiting Seminar in Tokyo
In line with the SMBC Indonesia Corporate Banking Trainee Program Batch recruitment program, we are conducting a seminar as follow.
Date ： Jul 1 (Wed) & Jul 3 (Fri)
Time ： 16：00～17：00 (*followed by interview for selected students at 17:00～)
Venue ： SMBC Head Office
(1-1-2 Marunouchi, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo)
Contents ：
1. Introduction of SMBC Indonesia
2. Discussion with Indonesian students regarding recruitment process, career development, etc
3. Q & A session
Language medium： English/Bahasa
