The program is of two years duration whereby Graduates will gain broad exposure of scheduled rotations through relevant functional groups.

In the first year, the program will require Graduates to work as a part of our workforce on sites, allowing a wide range of experience in field operations.

In the second year, Graduates will go through various project management topics (i.e. Commercial, Business Development, Tendering, Engineering Discipline, etc), and will obtain specialist technical training modules related to the Graduates’ discipline.

Graduate will be equipped with Mentoring program which offers opportunities to discover from experienced members of the Petrosea team to assist Graduates in setting their career goals.

To apply you must:

Possess a Bachelor Degree in Engineering, preferably from Mining, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Geology, Petroleum, or Marine & Offshore from reputable university in Indonesia or overseas.
*
Be a fresh graduate or have working experience of not more than 12 months since graduation.
*
Have excellent written & spoken communication skills, in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (Preferably having TOEFL min. score 550).
*
Have excellent interpersonal and presentation skills and capable of working in an international environment.
*
Have excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office applications.
*
Be willing to be stationed in areas throughout Indonesia, overseas, and offshore.
