currently we are seeking for the highly motivated professionals to
strengthen our team in the following position:


PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR (PV-SV)
RESPONSIBILITIES: Control and coordinate all work activities for
preventive and predictive maintenance system of chip mill which cover
condition monitoring, lubrication, rotating equipment alignment and
or balancing, corrosion and wear measurement, and HE diesel generator
set maintenance.

REQUIREMENTS: Min. SLTA or Diploma in engineering with 5-7 years
relevant experience in HE maintenance, HE/DG-Set mechanical
maintenance, and manpower supervision; knowledge of store function,
parts inventory, electric maintenance, budget planning, and cost
controlling.


MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR (MM-SV)
RESPONSIBILITIES: Control and coordinate the maintenance of all chip
mill mechanical equipment; ensure that equipment are mechanically
sound and safe to operate; conduct in house mechanical equipment
repairs, test, and inspection to ensure readiness before returning to
operations; evaluate equipment conditions; submit technical report
and recommendation regarding repair work to reduce recurrence of
equipment failures and reduction on maintenance cost.

REQUIREMENTS: Min. SLTA or Diploma in Engineering with 5-7 years
relevant experience in mechanical equipment maintenance, mechanical
repairs maintenance in wood chipping facility, and manpower
supervision; knowledge of chip mill equipment applications/operation
and maintenance repair management.


PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR (PD-SV)
RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervise, direct, and coordinate the work
activities of chip mill shift workers in a safe and efficient
operation; monitor and ensure that all production quantity and
quality targets are met during his tour.

REQUIREMENTS: Min. SLTA or Diploma in engineering with 5-7 years
relevant experience in log chipping operation, DCS/PLC operation,
chip management, pulp and paper industry; knowledge of log handling
operation, chipping operation, log and chip storage management,
export ship loading facility and chip exporting, HE operation, and
basic of knife grinding.


LOG HANDLING SUPERVISOR (LH-SV)
RESPONSIBILITIES: Coordinate and supervise log delivery, feeding and
stacking control of all log supply required for effectiveness chip
mill operation, and contribute to the enhancement of safety
performance and productivity.


REQUIREMENTS: Min. SLTA or Diploma in engineering or management with
5-7 years relevant experience in log handling operation, log storage
management, HE operation, and pulp and paper industry; knowledge of
log handling operation, log storage management; knowledge of
stacking, hauling, and log feeding; knowledge of log quality and HE
operation.


ELECTRICAL SUPERVISOR (EL-SV)
RESPONSIBILITIES: Control and coordinate the chip mill electrical and
automation system maintenance; conduct test and inspection of
electrical and automation system equipment to ensure readiness before
returning to operation; evaluate equipment conditions; submit
technical report and recommendation regarding repair work to reduce
recurrence of equipment failures and reduction on maintenance cost.

REQUIREMENTS: Min. Diploma in electrical or electronics engineering
with 5-7 year relevant experience in supervisory role in electrical
equipment, electrical maintenance in wood chipping facility, and
manpower supervision; knowledge of store function, parts inventory,
and mechanical maintenance.


STEVEDORING SUPERVISOR (SV-SV)
RESPONSIBILITIES: Organize shipping and receiving activities; handle
all port custom clearance matters and supervise stevedoring labors;
maintain positive relationship with related department or government.

REQUIREMENTS: Min. Diploma in engineering, business administration,
management, law, or related field with 5 years relevant experience in
similar activities; good relation with custom; understand all
obligation and rules; strong personality and mature.


WOOD ADMINISTRATION (TUK)
RESPONSIBILITIES: Account / measure wood stock; make report to
internal and external management; prepare two weekly tax wood (PSDH)
for company before sent out; signed wood documents after assessment
and checking from local forestry and reporting.

REQUIREMENTS: Min. SLTA with 2 years experience in relevant field;
must certify as scaler and grader from Forestry Department (PKBRI).


SSL ADMINISTRATION (SSL-AD)
RESPONSIBILITIES: Handle administration to support operation of
Social Security License Department; filing, organizing, and
supporting internal or external event and relation.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor in Accounting with 1 year experience in
administration; services oriented; and Mandarin understanding will be
advantage.


GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: Computer literate; excellent in English and
Bahasa; strong conceptual and analytical thinking; innovative and
prepared to share knowledge; strong leadership and determination;
high personal work-motivation and excellent teamwork skills;
communicative, creative, and proactive; high orientation on cost-
effectiveness, quality, timescale, and safety; high professional-
integrity; willing to travel and relocate to Kalimantan.
