We are leading Services Company for the resources sector, covering road
and civil construction, plant engineering, transportation, and
earthworks. To support of our business expansion at Kalimantan, we are
seeking the highly motivated professionals to fill in the positions
below:

1. LAND CLEARING & INFRASTRUCTURE SUPERITENDENT (LCS)

You have responsibility to plan, manage, and control the land clearing
activities to prepare ready planted land and develop basic
infrastructure for future huge project; which is involve the operation
of Bulldozer, Excavator, Skidder and Dump Truck on large populations.
Make sure that all activities comply with the environment requirements
and other legal aspects.



Qualification:

This position exists within KPSI operation at East, South, and Central
Kalimantan. You must be maximum 45 years old; minimum Diploma in Civil,
Forestry, Agriculture or other related discipline; computer literate;
and excellent in English both written and spoken. It will require 10
years experience at same position and type of business, especially at
land clearing project for construction or plantation.



2. HARVESTING SUPERITENDENT (HS)

You have responsibility to plan, manage, and control the harvesting work
of Acacia wood from forest industry concession; consist of compartment
alignment, pre-debarking, debarking, felling, and stacking. Review and
develop the performance of harvesting contractors and unit supports, and
manage a large numbers of harvesting manual crews in remote area. All
activities are to maximize wood recovery on marketable company comply
with company standard requirement.



Qualification:

This position exists within KPSI operation sites at East, South, and
Central Kalimantan. You must be diploma degree in Forestry, Agriculture,
or Engineering; accurate and have strong leadership; computer literate;
excellent in English both written and spoken; and maximum 45 years old.
It is required 10 years experience at the same position and type
business. Experiences on Acacia forest industry or land clearing for
palm oil plantation is advantage.



3. REPAIR & MAINTENANCE WORKSHOP SUPERITENDENT (RM-WS)

You have responsibility to plan, manage, and control all mobile units,
miscellaneous equipment service, repairs and logistic. All associated
activities to maximize all availability, reliability, productivity, and
safe operations of large population of Skidders, Graders, Trucks,
Trailers, Generators, Bulldozers, Backhoe Loaders, Excavators, and other
ancillary equipment. Above all is to contribute to the achievements of
business target within time, cost, and quality parameters as well as
provide efficient, effective logistic services to fulfill customer
demand.



Qualification:

This position exists within KPSI operation sites at East, South, and
Central Kalimantan. You must be maximum 45 years old, minimum Diploma in
Mechanical or Electrical Engineering; computer literate; and excellent
in English both written and spoken. It will require 10 years experience
at same position and type of business.



4. SAFETY SUPERVISOR (SS)

You will have responsibility to manage and improve the safety awareness
of members, and supervise the implementation of company Standard
Operation Procedure (SOP) and policies on Safety. You have to perform
excellent skill in investigation and produce report as well, and able to
mentor members.



Qualification:

This position exists within KPSI operation sites at East, South, and
Central Kalimantan. You must graduate from min. Diploma in Health and
Safety, Engineering, or Management with minimum GPA 2.75 and max 30
years old. You must have strong analytical thinking, good leadership &
mentor, computer literate, and excellent in English both written and
spoken. It is required knowledge of HS&E and Safety Regulations / Law,
with min. 5 years experience at same position in forestry, heavy duty
operations, plant and civil constructions or other related type of
business.



5. ACCOUNT PAYABLE SUPERVISOR (APS)

You will have responsibility to manage and supervise account payable in
order to follow company policy, prepare audit schedule for account
payable analysis, arrange and propose payment schedule and prepare memo
accrual for accrual costing.



Qualification:

This position exists within Balikpapan operation. You must be bachelor
degree in Accounting / Management, with minimal GPA 3.00, max 30 years
old, strong analytical skills, accurate, computer literate, excellent in
English both written and spoken, and minimal 2 years experience in
services, construction-engineering, or other related type of business.



6. PROJECT SCHEDULER (PS)

You have responsibility to schedule, maintain, and manage information
progress of project activities, include distributing that information to
related departments / units. You have to be proactive to source the
information and make up into integrated report where you have to keep
intensive deal to sections of procurements, logistic, distribution,
plant engineering, and all managers as well.



Qualification:

This position exists within KPSI operation sites at East, South, and
Central Kalimantan. You must be bachelor degree in Civil / Electrical /
Mechanical Engineering, accurate and strong in planning & organizing,
computer literate, excellent in English both written and spoken, and max
30 years old. It is strongly required to have excellent skill on
Primavera & Microsoft Project with min. 3 years experience in plant
engineering construction. Special experience at Chip Mill or Pulp-Paper
Mill construction will become advantage.



7. SAFETY TRAINER (ST)

You have responsibility to conduct training programs on safety consist
of policies, rules, hazard identification etc, and running the post
evaluation as well.



Qualification:

This position exists within KPSI operation sites at East, South, and
Central Kalimantan. You must be bachelor degree in Health-Safety,
Engineering, or Management; computer literate; excellent in English both
written and spoken; and maximum 35 years old. You must be proactive,
communicative, having strong leadership and good interpersonal skills.
It is required 6 years experience at the same position and type of
business.



8. QHSE SYSTEM ENGINEER (QHSE-SE)

You have responsibility to review, maintain, and control QHSE (Quality,
Health, Safety, & Environment) management system documents; conduct QHSE
audit; and actively assist KPSI team and suppliers / contractors on the
development and implementation of standard operational procedure (SOP).



Qualification:

This position exists within KPSI operation sites at east, South, and
Central Kalimantan. You must be bachelor degree in Engineering,
Management, or other exact sciences; familiar with international quality
standard system, ISO 9000–14000; computer literate and excellent in
English both written and spoken; and maximum 30 years old. It is
required 3 years experience in the same position and related type of
business.



9. AUTOMATION ENGINEER (AE)

You have responsibility to design instrumentation within plant
engineering project and involve set up function of PLC, DCS, and process
instrumentation diagram.



Qualification:

This position exists within KPSI operation sites at East, South, and
Central Kalimantan. You must be bachelor degree in Instrumentation,
Electrical, or Physic Engineering; computer literate; excellent in
English both written and spoken; and maximum 30 years old. It is
required 5 years experience at plant construction engineering project,
especially in Chip Mill or Pulp-Paper Mill.



10. EXECUTIVE SECRETARY (ES)

You have responsibility to assist Deputy General Manager to organize
administration and correspondence; manage information and maintain
project filling in accordance with corporate procedure. You also have to
liaised to clients from different business unit and coordinate all the
preparation of business meeting and travel as well.



Qualification:

This position exists within Balikpapan operation. You must be maximum 35
years old; minimum Diploma from Secretary, Management, or Finance;
excellent on computer and English both written and spoken. It will
require 5 years experience at same position and type of business.
